ITA Membership Information


CHARTER SCHOOL MEMBERSHIP
This membership is open to Instructors/Masters/School Owners of any TaeKwonDo style who are currently teaching (full or part-time) a TaeKwonDo program.  This includes programs conducted at colleges, gyms, churches, military bases, the YMCA or any other location.  Charter membership licenses the facility to be an authorized training center for TaeKwonDo and officially recognizes the Instructor as the registered, certified ITA Instructor for that center.

  • Authorizes the Certified Instructor to test and promote students in TaeKwonDo

  • Authorizes the use of the ITA logo in advertising, literature, business cards, school signs, websites, etc.
  • Opportunity to be appointed State/Regional Director
  • Opportunity to host ITA seminars and tournaments

Requirements:
  • Return completed Charter Membership Application
  • Submit copy of highest current TaeKwonDo Black Belt certificate
  • First time Charter dues: US$ 500.00
  • Annual Charter renewal: US$ 250.00
  • Schools with multiple branches (same ownership) need only pay for on Charter Membership for the Headquarter School.  Additional Charter certificates for branches, if desired, may be purchased for a nominal fee.
NOTE: Individual membership is required for all TaeKwonDo students of ITA Charter schools.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
This membership class is open to TaeKwonDo students of all ranks.  It allows you to become part of a prestigious, international family of fellow TaeKwonDo practitioners, to participate in ITA events and to receive ITA certification.

  • Uniform patch and newsletter
  • Access to training and certification in TaeKwonDo
  • Invitation to "Members Only" special events

Requirements:
  • Return completed Individual Membership Application
  • First time Individual dues: US$ 30.00
  • Annual Individual renewal: US$ 25.00
