Combat Hapkido Ground Survival Program

Picture
The Combat Hapkido Ground Survival program is a multi-level course of instruction in the science of ground fighting.

Founded and directed by Master David Rivas, Combat Hapkido Ground Survival is not about “wrestling” or “ground grappling”.  It is about successfully fighting back an attack while in the most dangerous position in self-defense; escaping and quickly recovering the safer, dominant standing position.  The effective, realistic techniques of this indispensable program are the result of many years of study, research and practical application.

Master Rivas has also designed a program specifically modified and structured for use by the Law Enforcement community, called "Officer Ground Survival" (OGS), that he teaches as part of the IPDTI course.

Men and women of all ages and physical abilities can learn the life-saving strategies and tactics of the Combat Hapkido Ground Survival program.

Master Rivas teaches the Combat Hapkido Ground Survival techniques at Clinics, Seminars, Instructor Certification courses, Private Classes and in his excellent Instructional DVD series.
